2019 York Early Music International Young Artists Competition Winner Announced
Congratulations to the 2019 York Early Music International Young Artists Competition Winners, L'Apothéose who win a recording contract with Linn as part of their prize. In addition to winning the overall prize this hugely talented ensemble also won the EUBO Development Trust Prize and the Friends of York Early Music Festival Prize as well.
The panel of judges comprised Linn Records' chief producer Philip Hobbs, keyboard player Carole Cerasi, the director of the Alamire Foundation Bart Demuyt, lutenist and director of performance at Oxford University Elizabeth Kenny, and the director of Göttingen International Handel Festival Tobias Wolff.
