Dunedin Consort Charts With Monteverdi
New Vespers recording hits #4 in the UK Classical Artist Chart
The Dunedin Consort's latest recording of Handel has entered the UK Specialist Classical Chart at number seven after it's first week of release.
John Butt leads the award-winning team of singers in the Consort's new recording of ‘Esther - First Reconstructable Version (Cannons), 1720'. This, the third recording in its hugely successful Handel series, reunites Butt's award-winning team of soloists; Susan Hamilton, Nicholas Mulroy, Matthew Brook and Thomas Hobbs are joined by well-known guest soloists Robin Blaze and James Gilchrist.
