Gerard Presencer - Platypus - Inverness Courier

With a band that include Jason Rebello on piano and John Paricelli on guitar, the young English trumpeter creates an engaging groove on these funky self-penned tunes but, fine though the playing is and interesting though the arrangements are, it's not until "In The Air" and "Green Eyed Girl" that Presencer produces the fire that marked his contribution to recent Stan Tracey albums.
