Ian Shaw - Drawn to All Things - Yorkshire Post

Singer Ian Shaw hasn't recorded anything like as often as he should, and this superb CD is a reminder of his sheer class. All the songs are by Joni Mitchell, but Shaw's indiviuality makes each one sound as if it were composed just for him. In the company of fine players, including trumpeter Guy Barker and saxophonist Nigel Hitchcock, Shaw finds depth and beauty in the likes of Chelsea Morning and A Case of You. Warmly recommended.
