Reviews
'Prohaska transcends all genre boundaries in her choice of pieces ... A convincing album with many facets!'
Rondo
'Her understanding of the text is just as convincing as her handling of dynamics and tone: sometimes relaxed and detached, sometimes dramatic, sometimes cheerful, sometimes effervescent.'
Das Opernglas
Editor's Choice: '... there's plenty of edgy vitality on this eclectic recital which spans eight centuries and only slightly fewer countries.'
Presto Music
'Nothing sounds stale here, everything has an enormous alertness and freshness. The album has many melancholic tones ... but you never have the feeling that the music has robbed you of hope.'
