Florian Boesch Is A Critics' Choice

American Record Guide asked their  writers to list the best 10% of recordings which they had previously reviewed in 2018, with no more than 10 permitted. This was a “forced choice”—meaning that most of the reviewers would rather be allowed a few more top choices, so they had to cut down their preliminary lists.
